Phone is on silent and vibration is off because I hate phones and it harshes my mellow if a call comes in while I'm doing anything.
If it does ring, I wait for a voice-mail, then use the voice-to-text function to get a general idea of the message, and text back.
And at work I handle support tickets; if a case contact has a note along the lines of "prefers phone calls", I let someone else pick it up. I try to make up for it by handling the more technical cases that come in and use email to talk with the case contacts. Fuck phones seriously

I feel you, I rarely EVER used the dark or light ammo on enemies, unless I kind of had to. But running of ammo is never a problem because when you hit 0, you can still do a charged shot, and it will produce a regular shot instead, so you'd never get locked out of doors or anything.

Yeah I can see that. If it helps at all I know for a fact the dark aether pods will drop ammo opposite of the beam you shoot it with. Maybe that's true for all containers I can't remember.

This is a bad idea if you get a lot of calls and texts. Several years ago I had the onett theme from earthbound as a ringtone and now I cannot hear it as anything except a ringtone. Your brain relabels it from music you enjoy to ringtone. That's why I just keep default ring tones now they sound like ring tones and down ruin anything I like.

As someone who wasn't big on prime 2, another defense for its ammo system is how it's actually pretty easy to regain ammo. Boxes/Ing plants almost always drop the opposite kind of ammo when you destroy them. So if you're in the dark world and ended up wasting all of your light ammo, just use the dark beam on one of those plants. I honestly could've beaten the game with just the initial 50/50 ammo knowing this
