I'd definitely get Specter of Torment, Blaster Master Zero, and VEOZ if you like rhythm games. After that it's a wait for Disgaea 5, Mario Kart, and Platoon 2

If you're interested in any other multiplatform indie games, I'd consider getting them on Switch before other platforms. They almost always run identically regardless of console, and the Switch gives you added portability so why not

I've been playing Has Been Heroes just as much as BotW. It's my first game of it's type I've played before but I really like it.

I didn't buy a switch yet, waiting for more games an/or revised version of the console later. Ive heard that you can't move data from one console to another, is that correct? I.e. If current switch owners buy another switch next year for whatever reason, they can't transfer their paid dlc?

I just finished Zelda. Was excited that I could play yooka soon. Then I saw that yooka switch release date is TBD. I really want to play that game on the switch platformers feel awful with a keyboard ;(

No, everything is account based. You can redownload anything you've bought

But you can't move save data, so getting a new Switch means losing any progress in anything on the previous switch

That's not true.

All the games you own digitally (including DLC) is tied to your account, you can just re-download it.

The thing that doesn't transfer atm is the savedata between consoles. But once Nintendo implements their online system we will have some sort of cloud service.

Binding of Isaac is a very good game to have on a handheld. Also import the JP cart for I Am Setsuna.
