God damn, i finished the game the other day and man, what a waste of time.
I liked the characters, the story and the music but the gameplay is such shit.
The framerate is crap and the fighting is barely serviceable.
I loved the charm of the game but hated playing it, thank god that Platinum was in charge of gameplay in Automata.

To go back to the OP, Two is best with Four being a close second, im rather jealous of Cent.

In fact, that's part of what my fantasy ended up trying to resolve of her and why she ended up accepting her death at the end. She felt her urge to snap coming, left a note for a goodbye and went off to fight Zero in disguise and got stabbed in the end, just like castle route. Four's disguise fell off to Zero's surprise and satisfaction only to be bewildered when she couldn't pull her sword out because Four kept pulling it in further and walking toward her with a near crazy, carnivorous look on her face only to grab onto Zero and then hug her while Zero kept trying to beat her off and insult her while she clung on before her consciousness totally faded. I don't know, I guess it's really dumb and makes no sense canon wise and I often try to find ways to tweak it to make it make more sense without killing the impact I was going for, and there's more backstory to it than I wrote here, but I couldn't help but try to come up with something for her just because her exact attitude is what piqued my interest in her.

I'm sure that she's thematically just a representation of all those pretentious people who hide their dark sides to look good and it's that simple. I still have the freedom to be a little upset, though.

MGSV is the most I've been disappointed in a game in a long time and even then it was miles ahead of Drakengard 3.

At least Darkengard 1 was going for something thematically, even if it was absolute horseshit to play through it was at least something interesting from the characters, setting, visuals and that GOAT OST. D3 was dull from start to finish.
