Just made it to the grave dungeon. What am I supposed to do against wizrobe spam?
I thought the blue darknuts were bad but this is ridiculous.

my sides
probably just git gud. or buy the blue ring like a pussy.
>Mirror Shield
>Blue Ring
>Magic Sword
You should only need one of the these if youre good at the game otherwise get all of them.
Magic shield, bro.
Buy a shied and get used to fight them, they will keep appearing in the other dungeons.
Where do I get the magic shield?
Interesting how each labyrinth in LoZ has some sort of enemy theme going for it
1: Stalfos
2: Rope
3: Zol/Darknut
4: Vire
5: Gibdo
6: Wizzrobe
7: Goriya
8: Darknut
9: Wizzrobe
Buy one at the store. They cost 90, 110, or 160 rupees depending on the shop you go to.
it's expensive ;_;
I farmed the snakes in dungeon 2. It won't take very long.
get a better sword
Blue wizzrobes turning ethereal and face tanking me. Beam spam and all. Then the dragon boss reappears. Is there an easy way to kill him besides well timed slashes to the body?
I have the master sword which requires 11 hearts. It kills good but its not saving me.
Just reduce emulation speed and shamelessly scum save.
>Mirror Shield
>Legend of Zelda
There is no master sword in this game. The best sword you can get is the magical sword at 12 hearts.
Do the same thing you do against everything else:
Stab 'em.
The og sword beam sound is in the top 10 sound effects of all time.
You'll want to buy a magic shield. It's the larger-sized shield that can block Zora fireballs; it will let you block Wizzrobe magic attacks. You can find it in the overworld in several places, although I think 90 rupees is the cheapest.
You'll probably also want the Blue Ring (250 rupees, only one shop), the White Sword, all the Heart Containers you can find, and the Magic Sword if possible. They aren't necessary, but they help a lot.
Also, Dungeon 6 is one of the hardest. The item found inside isn't required at any point in the game, so feel free to hunt down Dungeon 7 and 8 to power up a bit before returning. Wizzrobes aren't the worst thing you'll find in Dungeon 6, either.
>that spoiler
Oh no.
Well the only thing im missing is the ring but i blew 130 rupees thinking I could have two bottles of medicine instead of one.
I got fucked after i ran into the three headed dragon boss who i face tanked with my potion in its own dungeon.
Its just brutal. The blue wizzrobes kamikazying me is so stupid. Cant even hurt them.
You can only hurt the Wizzrobes when they are solid. When they are blinking or flashing, they are invincible.
Yellow Wizzrobes will vanish, blink for a minute before appearing, then appear and attack. They all "lock onto" the one spot you were standing when they started appearing, so just move (a diagonal movement is fine) to get out of the way, then stab them in the side. They're fairly easy to deal with overall.
Blue Wizzrobes are more of a pain. They'll move along left-right and up-down normally, but will occasionally turn invincible and move diagonally. The quickest way to deal with them is probably just bombs, they deal a ton of damage and you can usually predict where they will move. Another cheap tactic is to just kill everything else in the room, then leave and re-enter. Each room keeps the same number of enemies but distributes them each time you enter, so if you kill a room of mixed enemies and leave with three live blue wizzrobes, then re-entering might give you a blue, a yellow, and a Like Like (for example).
Another trick is to "hide" inside a Like Like. You're invincible while inside, so you can just drop a bomb or stab with a sword when a Wizzrobe gets close. The problem is that Like Likes eat your Magic Shield, plus do damage and so take away your ranged sword. Still, it works.
