In Banjo you run around the level collecting every music note you see until you get them all. You also collect other shit like jinjos.
In Mario 64 you are given a mission and are rewarded with a star upon completion.
I'm not a big Mario fan but Mario's structure is way better.

Darksiders is amazing. Darksiders II is good but flawed due to the impending closure THQ faced. Buy the Warmastered Edition of the original. If you really like it, Darksiders II is worth a playthrough.

N64 version is best version. They fucked it up so much on 3ds.

I bought the Enhanced Edition of BG1 and BG2 during the last Steam Christmas sale and I enjoyed them both. I don't think I would have even gotten into BG2 if I hadn't played BG1 first.

BG1 is definitely weaker and if you do play it just mainline the main story don't bother with side shit.

It's hard to explain why I consider this game god tier, it just fits together so perfectly. I've played games with better written stories, with deeper characters, with better mechanics, but there's something about P4 that can instantly draw me in like no other. Katsura Hashino really knows how to build a world If I had to really nail it down, which is why people argue over which of the newer persona's are better, but P4 takes it for me
