This is the true babies first S tier character.
You can literally wavedash back grab and win until mid level play. Her normals are also stupidly good at low to mid levels. Best Shield in the game too.
Sheik is a literal god at lower levels of play.

All it even takes to balance the game is tiny character changes. It'd be neat to see a version where everyone's brought up in ability, most low tiers are there because of extremely exploitable neutral and frame data more than anything else.
