Play NeoTokyo, still has an active community that ritually plays every Friday/Saturday. I foresee it being alive longer than the actual licensed GitS Call of Duty clone.

I don't see your exact issue, youou just sound incredibly assmad over Source mods. The game follows every right step a game should take in order to be a GitS game, just without the license, due to obvious reasons.
Be sure to hit up the Active NeoTokyo Players Steam group/Discord when you get your new one, man. But for now - you will be missed.

I remembered one thing, the issue wasn't gpu, it was full HDD which caused errors when loading data from server. It's allright now that I cleared it. Fap alone complex reporting back on duty.
