The game says there are 100 people in the server yet I only ever came across 3 people max

usually 20 people die in the first 5-10 mins since they choose to drop near other people

this game has problems, a lot of problems.

the feeling of being hunted and the sneaking around is great.

but fuck this game anyways, these problems are bad.

I'm not a fan of the genre, haven't played this even, but I know enough about it to know you just are getting far enough scrub; if you're in the last 20ish the circle is so small that you'll see plenty of people

i usually dont get meme games or especially early access games but i have a huge hardon for battle royale so ill give this a fair review

the game is pretty kino in making your fear for your life and the encounters are pretty satisfying
today i tried to kill a guy but he ran into a house and camped there, but the gunshots brought another guy to the house and he went to look for the first guy because he thought he was the one that shot
after he killed him I killed him and thus ive taken out two people

map variety would be nice, but my biggest complaint is performance, i have a 144hz rog swift gsync monitor, i7 7700k at 4.6ghz and a gtx 1080 and the game runs between 55 to 88 fps at 1080p high / ultra / low whatever the fuck the settings do nothing, not even lowering the res to 900p doesnt add any fps

i have gigabit internet so i havent seen any lag bullshit in any encounters, just wacky physics / player positioning

that usually i dont care about dying in games but this formula makes me care, which in turn adds some sort of tension to finding other people
i like how there is no indication on the minimap or anything like that
that said i have not played arma or anything like that where from what i understand that is more commonplace
