It just doesn't really make sense in terms of video games.
Second person narrative is one where the novel uses second person language to refer to the reader. There isn't an obvious mapping of that idea to a camera, it would still be a narrative style.

No no is when the camera looks at the player from someone else's point of view instead of an above the shoulders third point of view.
