I'm worried that I've heard a handful of reviews all say that it has a big flaw that many 3d platformers before it have had; a bad camera that goes through walls or is hard to work with

I'm pretty hype for it. Getting it for switch so it'll be a while yet. Enjoying Snake Pass a lot in the meantime.

Is it even good?

How is Snake Pass so far? Does it have variety? Because that's my primary concern looking at it.

I never expected much and it seems I was right, I'm spending my platformer money on Mario.

If the final game's camera is the same as the one from the Toybox demo, then those reviewers are incompetent buffoons. They're too used to the over the shoulder perspective that most big budget games tend to have nowadays.

The minigames and the camera problems worry me the most. I don't know why the fuck developers feel the need to add shitty minigames in these types of games, who even enjoys them?

Not really any variety in scenery. Just a lot of nifty platforming challenges. It's really more about the puzzle of how to control a snake and mastering that. Great for 20 bucks though.

Sounds like a mobile game.

I guess I can see how you think that. It's probably not for everyone, content-wise. I don't think it could be done on a touch screen, though.

no Jon no buy

It's Banjo Three-ie. For people that wanted that it's exactly what it is.

I'm concerned about casual racism being ingrained in the game's mechanics, inadvertently introduced due to the lack of diversity in the development team. Check out my twitter for further updates.

I've been playing it, my copy came early

It's alright, maybe too easy. I have no camera issues and the fps seems consistent for me

Will pirate eventually

>i cant look forward to something

Who else /backer/?

It's going to be okay.

Playtonic will go under because they don't sell enough.

The bullshit out-of-place Mine Cart mini game is in EVERY FUCKING LEVEL

I'm excited to play a 3D platformer again. A proper one, that is. The reviews for this game have been mediocre, but I'll see it for myself once it releases. My only worry really is the controls. For me it's very important that the controls feel nice and are responsive. I heard in one review that the controls are slightly delayed and I can't fucking stand that. Even if it was the single best platformer ever made bad controls would ruin the whole thing for me.

Toybox felt kinda off at times getting stuck on objects and shit but overall good enough.

We live in an era of easy games.
You can't fault THIS game for difficulty.

As far as negatives go, I hear that "the controls/camera" are bad and "it plays like Banjo-Kazooie"

It's most likely a pretty decent game.

Is it really made in jewnity
