TUROK 2

TUROK 2 ON STEAM MOTHERFUCKERS

MULTIPLAYER

...

fore free?

ANYONE ELSE OWN THIS SHIT?!

NAW MAN IT'S $20 BUT I THINK IT'S TOTALLY WORTH IT

FUCK RAGE WARS

>$20 for a 20 year old game

Haha

I paid $60 for Andromeda and that game is shit. So eat my ass.

things cost money, old man

>im a retarded consumer, so you should be too

...

shouldve waited 2 more weeks like i did

you have failed to grasp my point... horribly. 10$ would've been more appropriate for its age

>I'm willing to spend $20 on fun things. I like fun.

more like

>i can afford to waste money on overpriced items because i'ts my parents' money anyway lol

what the fuck are you people doing with your lives that $20 requires careful consideration to spend?

live in there own house

was the GoG version updated to have online multiplayer too?

this

It's not that I can't, it's I don't want to. I can understand if you like the series and have a rush of nostalgia, but mine is of just mild interest so 20$ is a bit much for something I don't really even want at the moment.

deciding to actually have food for the week

>what the fuck are you people doing with your lives
Being adults. Try it sometime.

Kid BTFO hard

>arguing about $20

>being this dumb

>Be dumb.
>Retire at 78.
GG, loser.

theres literally no logical connection between his post and yorurs

Must be fun to live on a budget. Good for you bro

Spending money like it doesn't matter correlates with having little to no savings.

Flash news: People who don't worry at all about spending money end up having less money that those who do.
A shocker, right?

it's spelled newsflash, douchebag

>implying

I'm sorry. I didn't realize one $20 purchase threw my entire finances into turmoil. You're assuming a lot about my purchasing habits. You know what they say about assuming...

>Grasping at straws

If paying 20 for an ancient game, even if it's Turok 2, doesn't invite you to pause and ponder, no, your consumer habits are fucked or you're a huuuuuuuge fan.

Well the game is older than you are, so it makes sense it doesn't ring a bell of stupidity for you.

Yes. I like Turok 2. That's why I bought it you fucking imbecile. I feel sorry for you if you were never allowed to re-experience things from your childhood that we're dramatically improved from a shitty N64 controller to mouse and keyboard controls.

You're one of the reason the industry has gone to shit. Learn to dial down your butthurt before typing; I can hear your boipussy dripping blood from here.

>20 dollars for that mummified antiquity

Sure man, think what you want. There has never been a better time to play video games. My input on the industry has zero effect. Trains are cool though.

Everyone bought and finished it three weeks ago, user

Finally, someone I can understand and agree with.

>My input on the industry has zero effect.
>Spending 20 dollars has 0 effect.
You're making the same mistake, again.
As
tried to point out, a small amount of something, multiplied by a non negligible amount is non negligible. If enough people think that paying 20 for an ancient game with no improvements is a no brainer, then they have their cash cow and don't need to put any more effort. Why make a new turok if they can keep reselling good old mummies?

Do you see it now?

Some make a fucking game plz

>implying adding mouse and keyboard controls as opposed to the abysmal N64 controller, a better draw distance, and removal of N64 fog isn't an improvement.

Are you just being a shit for your own fun? You clearly never played N64 Turok 2.

>Hive of the Mantids
>40dmg hitscan turrets that require prescience to avoid on a first play

What were they thinking?

Jesus fuck those things
They always come in pairs, and hang from the ceiling out of sight
If you unknowingly blunder into a room with them for 1.5 seconds without an ultra health, you're already dead

thanks, OP, i played Turok like 13 years ago. On a PC

Turok 2 is hard as FUCK man

Honestly, only Hive of the Mantids is like that. Lair of the Blind Ones is confusing, but there aren't many cheap shots

Port of Adia, River of Souls and Death Marsh are not very hard at all

did gog release it?

>Lair of the Blind Ones

It got remade to run on modern PCs with a new engine dipshit. $20 is more than enough for that kind of endeavor.

Stop being such a faggoty jew.

plus it was only $15 then

...

Being able to play the game in high resolution and 60 fps with modern netplay compared to the 30 fps smog toaster known as the N64 is more than enough to justify this game for me.

Turok 2 to that standard has been on the PC for eons. Officially, too

>modern netplay

It's barebones, and some people are saying it's worse than in the old Turok 2 PC release

Not true
The original PC release had a capped framerate of around 30, uncapping it broke swimming
The resolution was also capped and didn't support widescreen
And it randomly crashed on multi-core CPUs
Additionally it had a very limited draw distance

Yeah. I still think it's worth it. There's been an influx of remakes that I feel aren't worth it recently. Duke Nukem isn't cool, guys.

The old pc release was just as bad as the N64 game if not worse since it played like a port. You sound like a complete moron.
