Make sure you go to their driver download section,they have been updating seriously in the past few months and the control panel now actually offers great options.
Latest modern game I managed to run was Witcher 2 on windows 7 with around stable 45 fps.
You will have to do bit of modding and I dont say LowSpec gamer on youtube,there is actually way to force some things from the renderer.ini that make huge improvements on weaker systems.
Also you can pretty much run anything up to 2008 no problem at 720p

That card can push even harder,its seriously like few options that trip low fps and a value in a configuration file that makes no sense.

Overwatch with the resolution scaling set to 50% at 1080p. I got 60fps that way with my HD 520.

Have you tried CMAA?
It has almost no impact on fps and it will make the game look sharper.

No, IDK what that even is. I'm no longer on integrated graphics though. I only had to use them for a few days because I built my PC after the GTX 1070 was announced and pre ordered it, so I finished building it a few days before the 1070 arrived.

Most of the people are not hardcore gamers such as yourself.
And the optimizations actually work to have playable game on a $200 trashtop.

Also guys please use LowSpec just for a general guideline for mods and configuration files,his knowledge on what does what and why is on par with the average Sup Forums poster.

I guess you could optimize more in some games, but if this doesn't hit 15 fps on lowest I doubt you can do much

There are some legit good stuff that still gets bought and ported to this date even on xb1 and people play and enjoy them.

Idiots who parrot that Intel HD can't run any games, are wrong.
I can play any game up to 2012, on solid resolution and medium graphics with solid frames.
Might even run some newer games with tweaks and low spec mods.
