From what I remember, you can pay 5000 Japanshekels at 1 or 3, don't remember which, to get increased social stats from whatever you do for that day but only for one particular stat. For example, choose kindness, go work at the flower shop, get extra kindness both times.
At 7, you can just flat out pay her money to add points to a social link, basically skipping one of those placeholder note grinding scenes.

Team comp has never mattered in Persona since your character can fill out multiple roles but it's always better to have a comp that allows the MC to stay on the offensive instead of buffing/debuffing/healing since you'll usually be able to hit the bigger numbers.

With your romances you can go on dates and get gifts and such.

True. As long as you can switch out Party members during battle, though, whoever has the most sp is the go-to healer anyway.
There's no reason to have Morgana and Makoto in the same team ever, though.

There's no real reason to have them in your team either, Yuusuke, Ryuji and Haru all deal better and more consistent damage than them.

Final boss WAS surprisingly easy, though.

Morgana gets better as the story goes on. Him replacing the Protag's inner voice is pretty unfortunate, it makes people dislike him way more than necessary.

I usually kept Makoto for Healing, Flash Bomb and Frei-skills so that MC wouldn't have to worry with that and could just equip damage dealers with Yusuke and Ryuji.

I honestly am more comfortable with Morgana saying all that than MC, who is me, technically, telling me what he/I think/s. That's for me to control. I can get behind him getting to bed early because the cat's annoying since that's exactly like my real cat behaves, meowing till I go to bed each night, since then MC and me are on the same page as being berated.

Start bothering with personas, since everything you fuse will be undeniably more powerful than anything you can find in the dungeons.
You also can choose which skills to inherit, which gives you the possibility to get crazy powerful.
