Eating all that shit will make you fat and greasy. If i want to eat something while i play i fry up some steak fajitas or however you spell that shit. Takes like 15minutws, is delicious. Also chicken breasts sliced open and filled with garlic, onions, and mozzarella is good too.

I don't do any of that, but feel like I haven't eaten for hours regardless of when I last ate. Unless I eat to the point that my stomach cannot stretch any further, I feel like I basically didn't eat at all. Trying to lose weight like this is really miserable.

The ideal diet is 1 satiating, high-protein meal when you wake up, with snacks throughout the day after. Eating large meals anytime near going to bed is basically guaranteed fatass mode, not to mention all the issues you probably have when you wake up.

I understand man i lost like 40 pounds. I got super sick and was shitting constantly for like eight months. I figured as i was getting better if im gonna eat i may aswell workout too so im at the same weight i was before but i feel healthier. Im sure youve probably heard these suggestions but nuts, fruits, and veggies are good snacking foods once you stop eating as much processed foods. I use to eat a metric fuckton of chips because i couldnt be arsed to make myself somethijg to eat. After doing this for like 2 years though its much easier to get up and stuff. The hardest part is sugary drinks for sure. If you can cut soda and juice youre on the right track
