I want to fuck that cat
Can I be a trap in this game?
>It's another shitty Sup Forums bait thread
No.
Female roe looks like traps
Potatoes don't have gender.
can i get banned for telling healers they fucking suck?
no.
Unfortunately yes. If they get assblasted and you get reported enough they'll look into it.
DIE NIGGERS
yes, also read the sign.
that lala kinda reminds me of an oompa loompa
i guess i now what to fanta into now
>That charcoal colored knife ear trying to be pretty
>ywn Deadly Thrust Nonotta's ass
Will erp for a fantasia
>DQX completely destroying FFXIV
That's what you get by copying WoW instead of being unique.
I don't like how this thread is starting off.
Kill yourself to /vg/
>2014
>tfw never ever
Localization never EVER
I wish SE would go bankrupt already
Nobody in the west would play that. You guys as usual never notice that youre the minority. Nobody here even knows what Dragon Quest is.
The gap is even higher now
they're porting the musou spinoff to PC though
PSO2 on the other hand...(I know it's SEGA)
>consistently sells over 1 million copies
>catboys being master cringelords
That's a fucking meme, just like how nobody in the west would play Monster Hunter, and they actually localized those games and paid money to advertise it, and now people play it, what a goddamn shock.
DQX is just like XI tho. It's not really unique.
Imagine being this insecure
Thats because MH is actually a good game series.
What makes the dragon quest mmo better?
Fuck off YoshiP, go back to rehashing your 3 ideas you came up with 4 years ago.
Not copying a broken game.
>Go look at videos of this supposedly amazing DQX
>Looks like a Playstation era RPG with goofy celshaded graphics and silly enemies
Im out
What?
I played trial back then and they are nothing alike, maybe battle system
Let me rephrase; what makes the dragon quest mmo good?
DQX game play is not very engaging or impressive, I don't see the appeal.
Did I miss out on the Garo event?
Was it region exclusive?
Please say no
Nothing, it's dead in japan already
ARR at least can compete with f2p games in popularity there
I'm pretty positive it's not dead since it's getting ported to the switch
"Maybe battle system"
So the thing that you will do 90% of the time in a mmo?
Gotcha.
Fuck man. I'd love to play DQX handheld in the bed.
catboy player detected
For starters, you don't have to go through 100h of story bullshit before you can play with your friends.
>still insecure
I bet you're afraid of female lalas too
Ok. What else?
>bothered someone is shittalking his race
you cant really call others insecure at this point
>That said, I abhor the entire Glamour system. It has severely damaged my ability to become properly immersed in the game. There's nothing like seeing some moron bunny-hopping about town in a bikini to make me remember I'm playing a game, and one that is far goofier than I'd like.
god what a cunt lmao
Well at least Blizzard feels threatened by them in the west that they got in a twitter war over them.
>I just want to gather and craft
>Can't because I need to do leves to level efficiently
>Need to level a combat class
fucking reee
>afraid
>open world is actually open
>mob grinding is a thing
>no action combat meme
>most gear are crafted
>NPC parties
>no cats
Its only XI nerds asking for it.
You replied to me so you're insecure
Why do they insist on adding more jobs to this game and why do people feel like there needs to be more jobs? The big one that gets under my skin is all the people I've talked to bitching about how badly they want "Dancer" as a DPS job. What exactly would it bring to the table that isn't already available? There's already 3 melee DPS jobs to choose from, DRG, MNK and NIN. How do they expect to add yet another melee DPS class that is fresh, brings something unique to the table and doesn't push already established jobs out of the loop? MNK is already suffering outside of their high DPS potential.
Adding DRK and AST was a good move, more options = more incentive and potential for people to play a tank or healer job, the jobs that most people do not want to play to begin with. Their data says that there was no significant shift in the population playing those roles but I still call bullshit. Further saturating the roster pool with more DPS jobs isn't going to bring more tanks and healers to the party.
So now come SB everyone is going to dogpile RDM and SAM which are DPS jobs, they think this is not going to affect the percentage of healers/tanks/dps? The queue times are ridiculous. Yoshi is completely wrong on this.
>pay $13 to make my jaw slightly wider
You still have at least 2 months
it goes until Stormblood so get on and start derping around. PvP in this game is a joke and was a mistake
I don't think they're gonna add any more jobs until maybe 6.0, I think there's already too much to try to balance. Or maybe they add the jobs because they have the time to balance them out before releasing them. Who knows.
I wish Dragon's Dogma Online would come over. Might b cool.
>mfw 10 second tank queue times once SB drops
god it feels good being the most essential role
>open world is actually open
Cool.
>mob grinding is a thing
Not cool.
>no action combat meme
So then what's the combat like? Standard mmo tab targeting?
>most gear are crafted
Cool. I guess.
>NPC parties
Also cool, I guess.
>>open world is actually open
>DQX
Is it a bait?
Or you actually hoped that no one played it and will call you on your bullshit?
The gap in your ass is gonna be even higher when I'm done with you, white boy.
Jobs are easily marketable, you don't see many MMOs bragging about adding multiple new classes every expansion
I'm sure that the dev team knows that after SMN and SCH there was no reason to add any more jobs, but it's easy money
It would help if it wasn't 2 dps to 1 healer and 1 tank. My problem is that each class doesn't have different playstyles, at least from what I can tell. Every Dragoon plays the same and reacts the same. I would like the ability to branch into different styles or something with dragoon. Maybe even just quests to add different animations to the abilities. Kinda like wow has with the warlock's felfire where it turns their shit green.
by that logic, so are you
Seems like it's a short-term trap to get people enticed but nobody seems to be asking how it's going to affect balance or viability of pre-existing jobs.
...
Yoshi already said it was possible they might add another job in the 4.X cycle if they can manage to balance tanks and healers properly first.
>it's another bump limit ffxiv general
Will she be the final boss of Stormblood?
people dont care about good design or balance, they just want new flavors of jobs even if they are slightly different from pre-existing jobs. just look at all the people who play ast when its literally whm without cure 3 or benediction.
>Yoshi P balancing
So my point still stands
>comparing this to ffxiv general
>replying to bait post
This isn't /vg/ until the retarded waifu posters come and bring their mental illnesses and drama with them. Give it like 30 more posts.

Templar and Time Mage
It was in one of the dozens of interviews after EU Fanfest. Probably gamerescape or famatsu.
dancer should be a healer with melee range attacks and party wide auras
personally I'd really like to see Chemist as a healer using a mudra-like combo system
I'd also like a hammer wielding tank but I'm not sure what "traditional" final fantasy job that would be
Whats the level req? Its been a while since I played and I sort of don't want to resub but that armor
Susanos sister
How? On stream he answered with "but we would die"
I know he's retarded but not that much
Time mage never thanks to the ast
Saying he would die was his response to the autist asking if they could add in a Beastmaster tank job before release.
kys/10
People want dancer DPS because they want dancer DPS, it's not like they care about "balancing roles" or making tanking/healing more interesting for DPS players. They hardly care about consequences or any shit other than "I hope the new job is fun".
But there is nothing with new jobs. It adds a new flavour to combat, even if you believe that every melee/caster/ranged job is the same thing. Blame the series for having so many "bladed weapon" jobs.
Viking used shield and hammer in FFIII.
>people complaining about lack of variety in roles
>not realizing that people are just going to find the optimal party comp and primarily play only those jobs
Don't even focus target me unless you're a NIN/DRG/MCH/BRD.
>15 second healer queue times
>me and a bro are gonna sell our tank/healer privilege to all those RDM/SAM bandwagoners
you have to be level 60 but it's extremely easy to get, you get the pvp currency to buy it with whether you win or lose
it's also strong enough to let you skip several tiers of armor by getting it as soon as you hit 60
>10 second
Try instant
>slow
>stop
>haste
>quicken
>reraise
>invulnerability cooldown for tanks which stops all damage/healing for 10 seconds and deals it all at once when time is up
When you get down to the bones, each healer only has about 10 unique and defining abilities, rest is shared between all three. They can always take an ability or two away from AST too.
that meme comp only happened because yoshi overbuffed hypercharge in 3.4.
if support cucks were weaker and complimented groups instead of circlejerking with other support jobs, then you'd see people taking mnk/blm/smn again
Lets just be fucking honest here.
The people that want Dancer don't actually want to PLAY dancer. They want it so they can glamour all the job exclusive gear when they fuck around in Idyllshire on in their houses.
AST is already Time Mage in every way except the name, though. They're mages that use time and space magic. They predict the future. They have Disable, Haste, Gravity, Quicken (Lightspeed). Even the NPC Astrologians in Coerthas have the traditional Time Mage hats on.
desu this is why making classes homogenized is a bad idea. You want the classes to be very different from each other and serve a certain role aside from their DPS/Tank/Healer role so that there's an incentive to pick them other than MUH DEEPS/MUH STRONK/MUH HEALS. Kinda like a boss in naxx (wow) that required a priest to mind control it to tank another boss. Except a lot less vital as that.
