Now that the hype passed, can we agree this game was absolute shit?

Now that the hype passed, can we agree this game was absolute shit?

no

Wtf is this "we" shit?

no, it's an alright 7/10 game that will get 508 GOTY awards because it's Nintendo

>now that the dust has settled

Can you fuck off with these threads that only seek to validate your opinion.

No we can't all agree, fucking die you attention whore cocksucker

>we
fuck you. be your own person, faggot

...

it's a fantastic game. Sure, there's room for improvement (that kinda goes without saying for any game, though), but this was still one of the best games I've ever played.

No, stop making this thread.

OP making the same faggot thread over and over because muh Zelda cycle meme.

Yes.

Can we all agree that when the dust has settled is a boring template to start a thread with?

But seriously this post.

>exploration is over
>the fun is gone
>same test of strength ruins littered everywhere
>game is now a checklist simulator
Nintendo is truly innovating the open world genre guys!

6/10 made me troggered

nope

>No dungeons
>No puzzles
>No plot
>The same 3 enemies
>Awful voice acting
>No progress
>No good controls
Hurr durr there was a good game of the same franchise 20 years ago so I'm forced to like this one.

tpbp

It's a charming toy, but a lackluster adventure. I replayed all the 3D Zeldas recently and they do much more with much less.

It's not bad, but it is the most disappointed by a game I have ever been. My own fault for buying into the hype...

Tests of strength are my favorite because they give me a chance to spend all these end-game weapons I have stockpiled.

Seriously, I wish there were more mandatory fights.

>...

I wish I were trolling.

Overhyped =/= shit.

It's an 8/10 for me. I like it better than both N64 Zelda games. It's my favorite 3d Zelda

It has all the same faults as MGSV, being easy and having a large open world filled with empty space and the same enemies everywhere.

Now that the dust has settled, can we all agree that the dust has settled?

And that you are almost as gay as op?

>I replayed all the 3D Zeldas recently and they do much more with much less.

Lmfao, no they don't. And I don't know how you can possibly replay the likes of Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword with their 7 hour long tutorials

>filled with empty
it's pretty dense, though.
Let me guess, you'll next say that it "doesn't count"

It would've been perfect if it nixed the weapon durability shit and gave as much care and attention to the story as the Zeldas of the past did. There's no reason why the Champion shit we see in the flashbacks couldn't have taken place in the present.

Nah, but Sup Forums has its share of contrarians who will agree with you because they want to feel special

(you)?

This right here

all me :^)

Didn't feel dense to me. Found myself crossing empty fields more than anything.

It's shit for a PC game, but for a last-gen console it's an average okayish open-world. Good game for kids, I guess, as it is easy to understand and cartoony.

I guess you're not very good at spotting its hidden treasures

This game is the best cute elf boy bullying/torture simulator ever made. Link makes the most adorable faces when he's miserable. And you can dress him up like a girl and embarrass him. 9/10. Would be perfect if he could get spanked or hit in the ass somehow.

When the treasure is just some korok seed I stopped caring.

(You)

that's not what I was referring to.

It only devolves into generic checklist open world if you start looking up shit online.

PLayed over 100 hours in my first game.
I beat it so I could start playing P5.
But I started a new game and now I'm doing the same shit over again.
I don't understand what keeps me playing it.
And I'm not sure what makes it so great, because supposedly what made Zelda so great were the dungeons and boss and those two are the worst parts of BotW.

Not really. I've completed every ruin on my own and the only thing I've been looking up is the koroks.

naw, it's the best Zelda game so far, which just as a Zelda game puts it way ahead of most games that are getting released now a days
the normie circlejerk will ensure you won't stop hearing about it for years to come, which will cheapen how good of a game it was.
easily 9/10 game and GOTY, literally saved Nintendo with one game

This desu, I beat it after about 140 hours (all in about 9 days) in my first play through so that I could finally stop sinking so much time into the game and move on to something else, just to end up starting a new play through on Thursday
I seriously don't understand whats so addicting about this game
