The best weapons added are the Crusader's Crossbow and the Rescue Ranger. Both are projectile weapons that add a lot to the class while also raising their skill-cap.

Most utility sure but hardly the best weapon. Demo hasn't been the strongest class in tf2 for years now.
I like your style, Crossbow is just especially handy because even if your teams fighting further away you can either snag a huge heal on someone or pack a hefty hit on an enemy to soften them up. Great fun.

Shield health hasn't changed, heavies do slightly more damage than they did before but that's it. Something like 5%.
I hope not, as it is the Ranger isn't that bad because yes you can keep your sentry up longer but you're not nearly as equipped to defend yourself with it if the gun goes down.
Crossbow is probably the only thing that makes medic fun, but I can understand if they dropped the "build uber on bolts" mechanic because that just pushed its utility up a lot and left the other syringe weapons even more wasted.

The shield stays on for a like a good two seconds without the sentry shooting when you holster the Wrangler. it's real easy for a smart Soldier to kill the Engie when he does that.
The only real problem people have is being able to repair your Sentry while from a safe distance with your dispenser or in your spawn and have unlimited ammo. The best nerf to give it without ruining the weapon would be something like make it so you can't gain ammo for from dispenser's or spawn room and have to seek out ammo boxes, which I wouldn't mind to much.
As for the Crossbow, it suffers from the Sandvich effect. It's not that its OP, it's just that it's the only good weapon for that slot. What they should do is just buff Medics primary for more utility usage in general, maybe have them shoot Mad Milk like in MvM.

Blut is potentially good on paper but reality is in a pub with 11 retards on your team at any point in time you should have a big fat meatshield to hide behind/keep alive instead, and in a higher-skill 6v6 situation your piddly needles aren't even worth using against enemies. Crusader's utility is just too good to pass on for those situations.

Engie doesn't have to come out of cover to repair the sentry, that's the problem.

Or just make it so you can't use the wrangler and rescue ranger together and revert the stats. Both weapons are fine on their own but broken when used together.
A soldier or demo should always be able to either destroy the sentry or kill the engineer. If he pulls out wrangler you bomb the engie, if he repairs it remotely you just focus it down. Having both at the same time leaves demo and soldier with no options. Sentries should not be fucking tanks they are to protect the back lines and cover the other buildings not be a massive damage sponge.
Considering the negative of decreased health regain in general, it's too situational to be considered the best. The positive of gaining health on hit vs. less regenerative health is only worth it if you are getting into fights all the god damn time, which as a Medic you shouldn't since the team should be protecting you.
So if you're whole team is so bad you have to rely on yourself to not die then sure, but with a half decent team it's a liability.
I'm not a big fan of the blut either, the -1 to the regen seems minor, but it can be a pretty huge deal in the long run. There's just not a lot of times where I can really take advantage of it, whipping out my gun means I'm putting my pocket and other teammates in risk of dying. I'd just rather use the crossbow and have the little bit of extra regen.
Bluts is fucking trash even compared to other syringe guns. You don't realize just how much that +1 health helps. Every blut medic I've seen is always running around with half their health missing. It's better to start a fight with stock syringe gun at full hp than hoping you'll get your health back during the fight.

Lag compensation, your ping controls the hitbox of the flames. If your ping is low, the box is low, if the pings high then it stretched further than the base flames reach to compensate

Tomislav is horrifically underrated, heavy's biggest weakness is how slow everything he does is and how obvious it is when he's revving up, the faster spin ups can easily win a heavy v heavy fight alone.

different flavours of the same thing, a pyro can area denial a choke point better than the scout by being tankier and being able to reflect/push back and the flame thrower doesn't need to be reload so he can just take cover and pop back without having to worry about the enemy making progress while you're reloading. Flares are also useful for creating panic and splitting up crowds at a distance.

Honestly at this point Pyro should just be a more defensive class. Airblast is already a huge bonus for the class at keeping shit like projectiles and ubers back, and its a good synergy to an engineer as it helps keep threats juggled away from the sentry and denying spies.

I use both too while defending my man. Engie is my second favorite class behind Demo and my third most played.

This is true however you rarely stray to far off since you still need to be able to accurately see to pilot the sentry and chances are you put the Sentry in a location that is surrounded with cover.
That said even if you are far off from your Sentry a team push with uber should be able to destroy a wrangled sentry fairly easy, and as I keep hammering since the Rescua Ranger barely repairs the sentry in those three seconds your best bet it to cut your losses and run away. Sigafoo save is only really effective at players who don't know any better and can't focus their power on the sentry.

That's not a waste then. Defending teams number one priority is survavability while attacking can just keep throwing themselves at danger and chip away the defense with their greater advantage on spawn time. Attacking team is inherently gonna die more but that's because they can afford it. All the meanwhile Sentries take time to build, as well as does it take your team to respawn. Most teams can very much take advantage of a destroyed sentry, even if it leads to the sacrifice of a couple of your players.
I miss it but I understand why it needed to be nerfed. It was like you were the fucking flash at full speed. I could run straight at sentries from crazy distances and start circling them and gun them down before they could get a lock on me. We'll always have the beautiful memories.
