I like it better when I see "You're tired, you should sleep." when it's coming from a 3rd part like Morgana, because then it's not as annoying when my first thought is "No I'm not, you retard." It's better to have that feeling directed at Morgana since I can blame a seperate thought rather than seeing the MC go "I'm tired. I should sleep." and thinking "No I'm not".
