No. He was just a scapegoat, an easy target to GDQ could pretend they were enforcing the rules. Chibi didn't even do anything wrong. The actual people that were in the event actually liked him and hung out with him the entire time. It was just the internet that went after him and made it seem like a big deal, when in reality it wasn't. The ironic thing is GDQ went to absolute shit after the banned him and Chibi has moved on with his life and and is starting to get back on track while GDQ continues to have a shit reputation.
