I have about 30 hours in and I've only done one divine beast, only found one memory, haven't explored like 3/4 of the map still. I have no plans to ever use fast travel. I've just been exploring every nook and cranny and doing every side quest I come across. Also, shieldsurfing.
I haven't felt so invested in the game world in a Nintendo game since Paper Mario: TTYD I think.
Henry Flores
Who /cemu/ here?
Fuck the crashes late-game, crashed once I beat waterblight too
Joseph Myers
>1.7.4 >COMPLETELY PLAYABLE
Andrew Taylor
It is, almost
John Torres
Im about 25-30 hours in, just got to goron city after beating the flying beast at rito. My shader cashe has crawled up from 6k to 7.5k and since it's done that i'll crash everytime after about 30 mins playtime. I only have 8gb ram so i think that might be the problem.
Brandon Edwards
I feel for you, peasantbro. It must be hard having to play inferior versions of games due to your poorness.
Nathaniel Robinson
I can't fucking find a switch, it's not my fault or my first choice
Christian Murphy
>The only not-real memories is when you don't remember something correctly about to build my first pc, on a budget. wich cpu should i pick for maximum (future) cemu 2.0 performance? 1500X or 7500
Hudson Anderson
Also, which divine beast should I got to after beating the bird?
John Smith
Just hack a wii u ;^)
Colton Sullivan
I don't have a fucking Wii U
Ryan Fisher
This game is so relaxing and I'm still discovering new things despite finishing all shrines and side quests. Seeds are gonna take a while.
I love all the little details, like how the dogs take shelter when it rains in Lurelin Village and also how you can feed your horse a carrot from your hand and it gains extra temporary stats from them.
Comfy is a meme buzzword, but this game is comfy af and you know it. No consolewars, inb4 pirating and mustard race. I'm playing it on the Switch and I love it
Isaac Collins
OK, just make sure to pick one up in the future. Also, but a copy of the game. I fucking hate people who "emulate" or pirate games and enjoy them without ever paying.
Dominic Harris
I'm at about 160 hours and still haven't finished the game.
There's no wrong way to play the game but I honestly think the best way is just take your time and explore EVERYTHING.
The biggest moaners on here are the ones who blasted through the main story without soaking in anything the else the game has.
It really is the comfiest game world I've ever played in. I'm still finding new stuff every day
Robert Torres
>Think Im done with the game and that it wasnt really that good, already put 100 hours in it >Pick it up >spend the next 4 hours playing >realize how amazing it is again
Jesus
Dominic Gutierrez
That's what you get for falling for the cemu meme. Emulation is for poor fags and idiots. You'll get no sympathy.
Parker King
>Seeds are gonna take a while.
I've played 150 hours and I haven't even found 200 of them yet. And it's not like I've been avoiding them.
Lucas Phillips
>this game is comfy af
It really is. It's great saddling up your horse and just taking off across the land, letting the horse do the steering while you just kick back and look around at the beauty of it all.
Caught my first double rainbow today.
Brandon Wood
I am 60 hours in only one divine beast beaten. Mostly just grinding for rupees with Pondo playing snowball bowling. I don't really know what to do next. I thought about going for another beast but also wanted to upgrade my inventory slots
Having fun nonetheless
Eli Perez
How does the game run on Wii U? I'm finally going to buy a Wii U and I thought I might grab it. Never played Zelda before
Jose Sanchez
I just finished it, did anyone else find the ganon fight a bit too easy and anticlimactic? I guess I just farmed a shit ton of op weapons, got all the buffs I needed, fully upgraded a few sets of armor and all that thinking it was going to be, you know, at least as hard as a lynel. I got all the shrines, fucking loved the game but I wish the ganon fight was more engaging
Bentley Martinez
It runs ok. But definitely better on Switch.
Why buy a wii u though? It's dead. Unless you're buying it to hack, you might as well get a Switch.
Luke Davis
Since the last update it now runs worse on WiiU than on Switch
Sebastian Stewart
There are some games I haven't played yet. No offense but the Switch doesn't have anything that interests me other than Zelda.
Lucas Flores
Are you me?
Alexander Cox
That's how it is for all new consoles. Main difference is Nintendo consoles almost never go down in price so it doesn't matter when you buy them.
Gabriel Richardson
Switch is the definitive version famalam.
Eli Harris
Its cool, the WiiU has a great library IMO so hack it and have fun.
Angel Rivera
I hate this game, but also love it. I'm so sick of it (only +155 hours in), that I bought Voez and am also planning to buy KOF 98 to get away from it, but when I play it, a whole day just passes by. I'm so sick of it to the point of disgusted. I really am. >tfw MK8 this mlnth but not a racing fan >tfw ARMS after that but not a fightan fan WAKE ME UP INSIDE
Levi Gonzalez
I've seen that, I was just curious if anyone had the Wii U version. I'll definitely grab the Switch but only towards the end when more games are released Is there a firmware limit?
Alexander Hernandez
Just got my second stamina wheel circle. How many layers does this go up to?
Ayden Davis
I've been playing it on Wii U. It drops below 30fps in towns and certain areas depending on the angle you place the camera. It's annoying, and you'll hate it when it first happens, but I got used to it since it's not all the time.
Caleb Rogers

Benjamin Kelly
No you can hack the latest firmware. Nintendo gave up on trying to stop Wii U piracy
Grayson Reyes
>you can hack the latest firmware This makes me really happy! Thank you user!
Logan Kelly
My horse is an asshole.
Tyler White
95hrs in, 2 divines, 75 shrines, 5 memories, 82 koroks. Still dozen of side quests and upgrades to get...
Jose Cook
tfw you will never play BotW again for the 1st time.
Carson Roberts
How do I get strikes in snowball bowling?
Nathaniel Phillips
Wii U fag here, did the Switch update fix the issue with Moblins tanking the game?
Josiah Smith
Post yfw all your mates convince you to get back into a bunch of MMOs but then you buy BoTW & ditch them for 2 weeks & 150+ hours for the comfiest game of the decade.
Gabriel Flores

David Allen
Slowpoke here too About 40 hours into the game, haven't done any dungeons yet, haven't revealed most of the map. I've got like 3 or 4 memories
I'm just having fun with it really, walking around and exploring shit. Shrines too, but mostly exploration and trying out silly shit with weapons and armor. It's a great game.
Samuel Wilson
I have around 45-50 hours (I'm playing since 2nd week pretty much), I'm taking it slow too since I have my masters + it's a fucking great game
>4 memories (I made my personal goal to get those) >1 divine beast >~40 korok seeds >working on my 2nd stm wheel
Chase Powell
I'll eventually hack mine too. think about it, it's pretty much the ultimate gaming machine (at least for retro which is my jam). >hack wii mode >get ALL of NES/SNES/N64/lots of neo geo/GC >hack wii u and get those~ games who are pretty much impossible to find (hello W101, Bayo 2...)
Eli Cox
press zl to lock onto pondo way easier
make sure youre standing/positioning is very identical to his. you are obv facing his back
dont be too close to his back. some say daruk's circle shouldnt touch pondo. some say you only need like 2 steps back of him.
throw. keep practicing
Adam Russell
I got the game on release day and I have no idea how much I have played it, I have finished 45 shrines, done 1 of the Divine Beasts and I just got to Goron city.
The only really annoying part I ran into so far was the stupid follow the korok trial. That was a pain in the ass. And took me way longer then it should have.
