PS4 has market share, as well as sony pumping money into exclusivity contracts with a bunch of jp developers which has paid well for them.

It's reached a point where nowadays if you're a dev and you want to make a game that reaches the widest possible market audience, you're releasing it on PS4. There's literally no reason to make an xbone game unless Microsoft has a deal with you.
