Making first post worst post
painful to watch
>that motion blur
Not sure which bothers me more: this or the Polygon Doom one.
fpbp
>instantly gets stuck at the tunnel after getting though the loop
I do find it pretty funny that pretty much everyone who shits on the Genesis-era games just turn out to be shitters who are too casual for a fucking children's platformer game
What was so hard about that? Is IGN that shit?
Maybe the guy playing was just testing out the physics?
Holy shit i'm angry, i figured this out when i was a fucking child ffs
>being this bad at videogames
this is why nobody can take game "critics" seriously
see: Dark Souls
I could have sworn this was them showing off the physics in Sonic Mania or something along those lines.
IGN, get out
Sonic was never fast either. It's like 90% cautious platforming to avoid instant death or land on rotating platforms.
There was one shit poster who made all these claims about the classic Sonic games and mechanics that simply didn't exist in them
Turns out, he only played Sonic Rush and judged the Genesis games strictly based of it.
>90% cautious platforming to avoid instant death
not really, the levels are designed to flow pretty well for the most part and instant death pits are pretty rare and not really an obstacle
>Sup Forums claims to be about fair representation and ethical reporting
>Deliberately posts things out of context to make (X) look bad (in this case, the IGN guys were in fact showcasing the physics in the full video
REALLY makes me think.
You can charge a spin dash in the first game??
Oh no! They've taken a clip of video of out context to make a fucking joke? NO WAY BRO!
If so many people are so displeased with the state of video games why don't they just start a new video game community and industry with good games entirely separate from the established one?
>instant death
This is a franchise where the health system rule allows you to be as reckless as possible as long as you maintain one ring.
There's practically no instant deaths outside of a few pitfalls in Sonic the Hedgehog 1-3K.
We never claim shit. Go back to 8fags
>game is bad because you are a brain dead 5 year old
>three years later, still butthurt about goobergrabe
>b-but t-they were just t-testing the physics
>>>/reddit/
>T-they're showing off the physics!
They're showing it off in the worst possible way imaginable.
was this filmed in an irish famine?
Mad because you got called out. How does it feel that your misrepresentation is on the level of the SJWs you claim to hate? Fucking children lmfao
You'll never get those seven figures back.
>shitposting on Sup Forums is the equivalent to publishing news articles online
Called out for pointing out it was a joke that OP was making?
The delusions of SJWs will never cease to amaze me.
Why don't people ever link the original video of this?
youtube.com
The player is legitimately just bad, hell during the part of the webm ( youtu.be
This is terrible.
Yeah whatever, IGN.
>HE'S TESTING THE PHYSICS!
>Someone has to explain to him how to spindash
>Keeps repeating the same shit with every single loop he comes across
So how is the Drop Dash activated? Double tapping the jump button? Does that mean Sonic has no insta-shield now?
Also, put Blaze and Shadow in a 2D classic-style game already.
Yeah, it's activated like the insta-shield and seems to have replaced it entirely.
Double tap jump but hold it down after the second press until you hit the ground.
Yeh, hence why there's also a regular shield alongside the elemental shields in case you want protection while still able to do drop dash, elemental shields replace the dropdash with their abilities
>hence why there's also a regular shield alongside the elemental shields in case you want protection while still able to do drop dash
That's a nice way to justify it, I actually thought it was pretty pointless to have that regular shield alongside the three elemental ones
