No changes in v.1.8. I guess it's better at taking out individual overlords? And also less gas intensive. That's the only thing I can think of. Corsair is just generally better though. If it's just the one scout it almost makes sense.

It has glitches that have not been fixed. Also it's new. They've done the same for years. You know that businesses don't switch to new verisons of programs right away right? They need to make sure it doesn't have issues first.
