I love PU and HP, but HP is superior. At least in gameplay and atmosphere for the game's premise, but PU was vastly superior in graphics and atmosphere when it comes to scenery. My God was I btfo'd by how PU looked at the time, the game impressed the shit out of me. I'd just cruise through the levels instead of racing at times, just to watch the scenery go by.

That thing was just fucking ridiculous and nearly impossible to lose with. You could dust the entire pack within five seconds from the start, wipe out in spectacular fashion a couple of times and you'd still finish with dozens of seconds of margin to the second place opponent.
