still cant play bayonetta 2 without massive sound problemos?
Not 60FPS since the game is locked to 30, at least for now.
Though I'm using the 8K GraphicPack
Crashes a little more often but fps is more stable in open areas
Does anyone have a decent shader cache link? the 19k pack is a little too big for the ram i have
Also how much do the graphics packs impact performance? i only have the 1080p one
can it finally boot Wonderful 101?
I wish Team Cemu would stop chasing that sweet sweet Patreon cash and optimize CEMU for more games other than BOTW.
i think you can go for the 4k,it reduces graphical glitches
check cemucaches reddit,there is a 9.4k shader
too bad, it's a ZELDA game, it takes Priority!
t. cemu devs
Why has the game this ugly ass "fog"?
The artstyle and actual graphics are fine, but why have this filter and blur everything to shit?
How would it run on an i5 7500?
They do it to hide lack of LoD.
It runs 20fps on my 3ghz Sandy Bridge. So figure out how much better your ipc is.
Also, you can use a speedhack to make it run a bit better.
I'm getting 30fps without any special shader cache on my i5 4690k (only OC'd to 4.4 GHz). My video card is just a GTX 770 (2 GB). I'm also running the emulator and the game off a Samsung 850 Pro (SSD) so maybe that is helping me.
Why running a low tier Sandy?
What 3.0GHz is that and why aren't you overclocking it?
Really good build, expect the crashes and glitches. I'm part of the discord, and the dev said there will be no hotfixes for the graphical glitches, because they were already present in 1.7.4, unfortunately. They definitely seem to crop up more often now, though.
Yep, things close to the camera actually look pretty good when you have those lovely fields filled with animated grass, but everything at a distance looks horrible. Playing at 4k only extenuates it.
this version is better than the wii u now
kek
It's locked. Got an old office PC for free and put a GPU in it.
The increase in performance over time with this emulator is staggeringly impressive.
Then it can't be helped.
I got this rig for free by accident(stupidity of the person I built it for).
4790S+ASUS Z97 Pro Gamer+16GB DDR3 2400MHz.
All I had to do was to get a case and a PSU, sold the 4790S for $300, bought a second hand 4690K for $40 OC'd it to 4.4GHz and plays BotW at 30FPS at 8K.
did the 0.1 fps go away in xenoblade? don't give 2 fucks about zelda.
How do people even manage to make 60 FPS hacks for console games?
There have been a few I recall like Super Mario Sunshine and Xenoblade which got hacks which uncapped the framerate from 30FPS to 60FPS with dolphin but they're seemingly rare as all fuck.
>8k textures in a toon style game
Excluding frame locked timing on things.
It's glitchy but it works some times. Just look at DaS, it works very well with a few glitches where you're stuck at the bonfire due to the timing is wrong.
>8k textures
>TEXTURES
Where?
How?
Why did you come to this unrelated conclusion?
>using 8K textures for the shittiest looking game on wii u
>download ShaderCache files
>get this
So what I am supposed to do here? Get the largest file and add it to the right folder?
>Not removing resolution restriction on a game that runs almost as good as it does on native on non-shit hardware
I have no idea if this guide describes shader caches, but you could try having a look.

Kingdom hearts ps2 games
wasting brain power on any open world game not named Xenoblade X
looks like my car window when there is 99% pollen count.
Are console users literally this retarded? Did anyone ever said 8k textures?
TW101 has been bootable since 1.7.3d, apparently.
Switch fags aint poor BRs though.
anyone elses BOTW performance cut in half in 1.7.5 or did i do something wrong in setting it up?
To be fair, "pack" generally refers to texture packs. It is sort of a stupid term for resolution.
Game looks amazing in movement.
You the game with the worst battle system of all time?
I rather not.
What specs and what fps are you getting?
i5 4670k at 4GHz and 30~ FPS in hyrule field, 25~ in towns and more intensive areas.
Also I'm using 1440p textures wich impacts performance a bit.
...
is it still stuttering for AMD or did they fix that?
1.7.5 cracked link?
Its a weather effect, the fog isnt there 100% of the time.
PC fags can wish for the definitive comfy version of BotW which isn't gimped out the ass and constantly crashing.
>textures
GRAPHICS PACKS AREN'T TEXTURES!
That's just the resolution you're playing at.
How much better is Splatoon on this version? All i ever hear is about BOTW.
>constant performance fixes
>4k and & 8k support
>regularly getting faster
>gimped
>using comfy
Confirmed bait
Linux build when?
Can't cemu just half all time deltas in the emulation and let people run at 60 fps?
Is there a list of all the stuff I need to download and install to get me started with BotW on CEMU?
So, how significant is the performance improvement over 1.7.4?
>How much better is Splatoon on this version?
Nobody's bothered to run it, it's a multiplayer game.
I think the single player works flawless but who cares, splatoon is trash anyway, might aswell play plants vs zombies garden warfare if you've want to play a shooter that takes zero skill.
Running half time makes it "run" at 60FPS since it's fooling the timer.
But it's just a way to prevent the game going above 60FPS in temples, since that would mean it'd run at fake 120FPS, but with Vsync locked at 60 that's a cheap fix to prevent the game running 2x in temples.
Yesterday someone posted this giude pastebin.com
It's iterative.
Not as big as the leap from 1.7.3 to 1.7.4 but it's within reasonable improvements.
>game running at 15 FPS at best like shit
>install and activate cemu hook
>suddenly running like it should
how?
Way, way better. Before it was (for me) like 25fps 75% of the time. Now it's more like 30fps 90% of the time.
I'm actually doing a proper play through on this build, and it's working really well. Apart from the crashes and texture glitches. Hopefully they'll be addressed in 1.7.6-- details for that build are coming in a few days apparently.
cemuhook does something that makes it run faster
What did user meant by this?
>tfw amd
>tfw 3.3ghz
h-have fun bros
>tffw already finished it but am happy that well finally be getting more webms
Cant wait to play it again in a year or two with actual graffix. Do the other zelda games emulate well? WW and TP hd?
Thanks a lot
and what might that actually be?
Looks like shit
Sorry user.
hooks into cemu and makes the codes run more fastly
It's an h.264 decoder, which somehow helps - I really have no idea.
Going through the first time setup right now. Is it really important to assign CEMU to physical CPU cores? I mean, Windows scheduler has managed just fine with every other program in existence
Breaks game internal v-sync.
>people actually bought an entire console for BotW
>you can just download a program to play it on PC
kek Kek KEK
It helps but is not necessary.
Nice, user. Got the same CPU, so I'll probably get the same performance after OC.
What GPU though?
I think I'll wait for the next few updates. It's apparently unplayable on Radeon HD cards because of graphical glitches. Anyone else with one of these cards who can confirm?
Although I appreciate it making the shrine cutscenes and loading screens twice as fast, is there any way to stop the menus and so forth from running at 60 FPS?
Playing on a 280x.
WW runs flawlessly. TP still has some issues.
disable the fencehack settings
Nice: my exact setup. Good to know it's working.
is mapleseed really just an instant launcher for people who cant find the game file?
I have some weird shadow glitches with my radeon.
Use a frame rate limiter.
Cap at 30fps, I don't know how those people are playing at """60"""fps, it's just double speed.
once they hit 60K a month
Is there a quick rundown on how to get Breath of the Wild running? About to search for an .iso or whatever.
Nope it still locks up from time to time.
so nintendo thinks they are funny huh? no more swords in the stone nintendo you are not cool and you are not clever you are just gay and lame and love to get assfucked
Look up a guide. There's plenty. but the way i understand it.
>Games come 3 folders
>cemu needs to open a certain file from one of those folders to boot up a game
>games need a key written to a txt file in order to boot
Use a GRAPHIC pack, helps a lot.
Dude, look through the thread. You're the 3rd person asking.
>fancyte.ch
>pastebin.com
can I do a full playthough now? might start Zelda after finishing p5
It crashes pretty often for a lot of people, but performance is apparently fine now. I'd wait a few releases to get the crashes patched out.
>fancyte.ch
I'd wait a couple more versions with how things have been getting updated
...
Thats where the money comes from.
i7-7700k with a gtx 1080@2ghz
Will i get solid 30fps at zelda?
No
Still getting glitches, are you on latest driver? I'm still on 16.6, might as well update and see how it goes
being as i am with the literal step down from that hardware
i7-6700k and a gtx 1070 not OCed
yes i think you will be fine if you follow the guides
>Yet another post about an emulator for a single game
GET THIS SHIT TO WORK ALREADY INSTEAD I WANT TO PLAY P5 60FPS 4k
you'll need to upperclock your ram
Thanks. i think i will wait another month.
Don't want spend hours with guides and changing "settings"
it wont take hours it will take minutes this is probably the easiest to setup emulator i have used which is why i find it so impressive
Do other emulators have sources like the dolphin wiki? Where almost every game has documentation on known bugs and how to get around them with settings or patches?
I thought there was one for ps2 but for the life of me I cant fine it under all the internet out there
It's also an UltraHLE-tier hackfest.
