Donkey Kong Country & Sonic games usually have industrial levels. Kirby 64 also has one with a pretty good theme that occasionally gets remixed:

For music, I'd reccomend game like the Sega CD versions of Terminator, Batman Returns & Eco The Dolphin
How did you get so big?
How did you get so strong?
How did you get so hard?
How did you get so long?
TEAM FORTRESS 2 IS VERY INDUSTRIAL.
GRANARY IS AN INDUSTRIAL MAP
OR METALWORKS, OR GORGE
Timesplitters, you can even make your own maps using "industrial" tiles
Dishonered, fable 2/3, and Bloodborne is steampunk kino
oh and how could i forget foundry (literally has a giant furnace at the end) and 2fort
Quake had a soundtrack made by Trent Reznor
Main theme of COD: BO2 was done by Reznor and Atticus. That was a nice surprise, very Fragile.
Fuck i lost my folder with tront memes
Nier Automata.
Wolfenstein the New Order

YOU DIDN'T HURT ME
NOTHING CAN HURT ME
FISTFUCK
very nice
it's definitely Trent's most underrated work IMO. Stands among the best of TSN, Dragon Tattoo, and Gone Girl Tracks
Why was his new album so shit? Is it because he's not depressed and angry anymore?
Nigger, get a listen on Nier's industrial level.
what are you smoking?
this is his best track in a decade
youtube.com
This is shit.
tf2 probly
The early Silent Hills have some good tracks that involve metallic banging, machinery like elements and a general feel of industry to them. A sort of music that gives a rusted world an atmospheric feel to it.
>in a decade
Ghosts beats it then
I discovered NIN through BO2 and it's been my favorite band ever since.
>not quake
i think i'm too old for Sup Forums now
I'm right in the middle of you guys: discovered NIN in fucking rockband in 2008
so long as kids are developing good taste I don't hate them just for being younger
I wish there was Beanland remake of this one.
Carmageddon
Best NIN song?
Tfw discovered nin as a kid through my brother playing quake
user, I love Quake!
I'm not young btw, just had a shit taste in everything until 2013
Don't know.
Best album is Pretty Hate Machine though.
Industrial rock is not industrial. I like NIN but he ruined industrial. Now it's mostly faggy EBM if it's not industrial rock/metal.
Gta online and nin are my comfort zone
I don't think he ever called himself industrial after downward spiral and stuff, but idk
Ahhhh Quake?
Hey pig
Yeah
>NIN individual song ratings
best to pick which is the best album transition of songs
for me id rank them
>Closer-Ruiner-Becoming
>La Mer- The Great Below - The Way out is Through - Into the Void
>We're In This Together - Fragile - Just Like You Imagined
>Help me I'm in Hell - Happiness in Slavery - Gave Up
Jews
>not liking that Home - Right where it belongs combo
Home a shit!
I'm gonna shit in your home buddy!
Pokemon: Colosseum
Pic related, both for levels and the soundtrack. Mixes in a lot of trip-hop, techno, drum 'n' bass and dark ambient also.
I found em when thet released the hand that feeds, been obsessed since. Once you delve into NIN the amount of connections to new music is great.
I only listen to RWIB from the bridge school benefit senpaitachi
SHE SPREADS HERSELF WIDE OPEN TO LET THE INSECTS IN
SHE HAS THE BLOOD OF REPTILE
JUST UNDERNEATH HER SKIN
SEEDS FROM A THOUSAND OTHERS DRIP DOWN FROM WITHIN
DELETE THIS
Anyone got the NiN Pretty Hat Machine pic?
As a NIN fan and a parasite/corruption fetishist, this song unironically gets me hard.
I'm going to come all over you
SHOOT!
SHOOT!
SHOOT!
SHOOT!
SHOOT!
I AM A BIG MAN
For you
...
Why would someone do this
Best Nine Inch Nails albums, ranked
>The Downward Spiral
>The Fragile
>Not The Actual Events
>Year Zero
>Broken
>The Slip
>Hesitation Marks
>With_Teeth
>Pretty Hate Machine
All of them are awesome though.
As for industrial sounding games, definetelly the new Doom game.
Fuck you, Not The Actual Events was amazing. One of his best works, The Idea Of You, Branches/Bones, Burning Bright is the pissed off NIN you are looking for.
Also, you niggers are forgetting about this master piece this blows BO2 theme out of the goddamn water
Rainworld
thats more like industrial wasteland
>pretty hate machine that far down
Shit taste senpai, swap not the actual events with pretty hate machine and it's ok
Pretty Hate Machine is overrated and easily his worst work. It has like only good three tracks at the beginning, the rest is dispossable, it has awful lyrics and it's boring and forgettable, to try and claim it is somehow over NTAE that high is dumb

this track always reminded me of Reptile from TDS
Year Zero > The Fragile > The Downward Spiral > Hesitation Marks > Ghosts I-IV > Pretty Hate Machine > The Slip > literal shit > With Teeth
Donkey Kong Country 1 & 3.
Bomber Man 64.
Banjo & Kazooie.
The PS Final Fantasy games (well, except 9).
0/10
Sin and That's What I Get are my two absolute favorite songs on that CD.
0/10
The Line Begins to Blur, Sunspots, and All The Love in the World are my favorite songs on With Teeth.
Year Zero > With Teeth >= Pretty Hate Machine = The Fragile >= The Downward Spiral > Hesitation Marks > Ghosts I-IV >= The Slip
Postal 1 is one of the few games with an actual industrial soundtrack, some of it gives like early SPK-vibes

You have objectively trash taste.
Heavy Machinery then in Crash Bandicoot. Fun level too.
From each album
>Head Like A Hole, Terrible Lie
>Hapiness In Slavery, Last, Gave Up
>Ruiner, Reptile, March Of The Pigs, Mr. Self Destruct, Heresy, I Do Not Want This, The Becoming, A Warm Place, Eraser, Hurt
>Somewhat Damaged, The Wretched, No, You Don't, The Great Below, The Wa Out Is Through, Please
>All The Love In The World, You Know What You Are?, The Line Begins To Blur, Beside You In Time, Right Where It Belongs
>HYPERPOWER!, Survivalism, The Goold Soldier, Vessel, Me, I'm Not, My Violent Heart, The Warning, God Given, Meet Your Master, The Great Destroyer, In This Twilight, Zero Sum
>1,000,000, Letting You, Echoplex, Head Down, Lights In The Sky, Demon Seed
>Copy Of A, Came Back Haunted All Time Low, Satellite, Various Methods Of Escape, I Would For You, In Two, While I'm Still Here,
>Branches/Bones, Dear World, She's Gone Away, The Idea Of You, Burning Bright (Field On Fire)
(I just listed all songs on the new EP since all songs are flawless in it)
>That's What I Get is my favorite
That's the worst NIN song out of the entire discography.
Shit, I forgot that the bike in that game runs a big block. Also that would be extremely loud. That game was too much fun for its own good.
Isn't Mushroomhead industrial metal?
I think Not So Pretty Now gives it a run for its money but this is a pretty correct opinion
Ringfinger is the superior amateur cringe tune
Not So Pretty Now is just Discipline-Tier generic Pop-Rock. That's What I Get is bad and the cringiest thing Trent ever wrote.
I think some MGR tracks can quality, stuff like Collective Consciousness.
MGR's soundtrack always gave me a Year Zero vibe
Discipline was fucking great don't talk shit about The Slip
I love The Slip. Discipline is probably the weakest track there though
Bloodborne isn't steampunk
Descent 2 is great
Best song coming through youtu.be
The Downward Spiral is a flawless album, Reptile and Ruiner go against that song pretty nicely.
jesus it took depressingly long before someone mentioned Descent 2
>nine inch nails
>industrial
Let me help you
electro-body-music-reloaded.blogspot.com
Have you even heard that album before?
It was interesting to discover that Reznor was playing video games for hours at a time in between recording most of the tracks on TDS. One can only wonder what his favorite games were at the time, and if they influenced the creative process at all.
propably doom
I just laughed at the user who was trying to be smart ass about NIN not being industrial
SoI found NIN on the same website he posted which has Broken under industrial.
NIN is industrial, not all albums are, here are the albums that are the most industrial
>Broken
>The Downward Spiral
>Year Zero
>Not The Actual Events.
PHM is also definitely an Industrial album, albeit verging more into EBM territory.
This is fucking trash. Who the fuck listens to this soft bullshit?
Probably Chex Quest
Closer is probably his mos iconic track.
I do love PHM and is my fav NIN album but you can really tell he's hurt. You need to have loved to understand the record.
And All That Could Have Been
If you are looking for metallic clanging, Super Mario RPG has a good tune
