This guy is going off of the recent trademarks that Atlus took in. Those trademarks included shit like P5A, P5Q and even Persona 6-10. Companies do that to ensure no one takes the domain names and does weird shit with them.
If they're gonna release something, they need full backing from another company (Sega, ArcSys and the like). Even for the spin offs they need a lot of help publishing. Right now they're working on Deeper Strange Journey and SMT HD, more than likely taking a huge toll on their small teams.
Even then, the PSP remakes sold SO shit that Atlus will never risk re releasing them, even now that Persona is hitting the mainstream.
