I'm not understanding how i'm supposed to be reading this
>Don't dead open inside
Dark Souls
MGS
Silent Hill
it actually does makes sense, you'll figure it out, I believe in you
3 different trilogies with different order of best game to worst game. The games in the first column are the best, the 'patrician' taste if you will. In the first trilogy, the first game is the best one, in the second the second game was the best one, and in the third the third game was the best one.
Dragon Age
Mass Effect
Dark Souls
>no 2>1>3, 1>3>2, or 3>1>2
dark souls / dragon age
>all the other ones I can think of are 2>1>3 or 3>1>2
fug
Dark souls
Sonic
DMC
Dead Space
Metroid
Super Mario Brothers
How is being a contrarian better than being a plebeian?
Bioshock
Mass effect
Witcher
MGS
Pokemon
SMB
because despite playing a game just because its not popular, its still better than the popular one
>1>3>2
This has never happened
Halo
Age of Empires
The Witcher
Dark Souls
Jak, MGS
Witcher, Ratchet
MGS
DKC
TES
Dark souls
But that's Dark Souls.
That is so fucking retarded.
Both can only recognize popularity but the contrarian thinks he is superior and grabs the worse game just to be a special snowflake
I am surprised you don't use a tripcode if you actually believe that.
Dead Space
Halo I guess
Quake
A lot of games follow
2>1>3 however.
Dragon Age. Dark Souls. I'm sure there are a ton of others where the first is good, the 2nd is "reimagined" aka shit, and then they attempt to right the ship in the 3rd to varying degrees of success.
>Dark Souls, though I'd make 2 and 3 equal
>DKC
>Sonic, MGS (though 1 is still great), Halo
Dark Souls
Donkey Kong Country
Metroid
Zelda
MegaMan X
Final Fantasy (works for the whole series divided into sets of 3)
First one is Banjo series.
Final Fantasy
Elder Scrolls
Warcraft
Metroid Prime
Donkey Kong Country
Metal Gear Solid
Tony Hawk
Devil May Cry
Mass Effect
Tony Hawk 3 may have been plebeian but it was actually the best one.
Disgaea
Arland Atelier
Professor Layton
Parasite Eve
Final Fantasy XIII
SMT
Ninja Gaiden
Resident Evil
Devil May Cry
Dark Souls
Mario Bros
Sonic
>people putting MGS in all 3 spots
>devil may cry 2 the best one
youtube.com
this nigga gets it
Dark Souls
no idea
MGS
1 > 2 > 3 = Max Payne
2 > 3 > 1 = Rocksteady's Batman: Arkham (so, not counting Origins)
3 > 2 > 1 = Tomb Raider (the PS1 trilogy)
Spyro
Crash
MGS
From the looks of it, MGS is mostly being put in the third category.
Fallout
Donkey Kong Country
Devil May Cry
>Arkham City Better than Asylum
Come on now!
...
Zelda
I don't know why Sup Forums insists that Asylum is superior to City. I can't see how could be possible. City does everything Asylum does but better.
>faggots saying 3 is MGS
>mgs2 > mgs1
end yourselves fagalags
don't know
halo/timesplitters
witcher
Dead Space
Battlefield
GTA
i think OP meant to write "patrician, contrarian, plebeian" in a column as well, but messed up
Bioshock
Guitar Hero
Witcher
Commandos
MGS
Hitman
Each row is a single trilogy with the order of each game from best to worst; each column is the patrician, contrarian, and plebeian choice for what someone would consider the best game. In other words, for 1 > 2 > 3, a contrarian would say 2 is the best when it's more widely agreed upon that 3 is the best, and a pleb would say 3 is the best and get laughed at for poor tastes.
2 > 1 > 3
tight level design and good enemy placement> generic sandbox
Yeah really weird.
It improves the combat and boss fights but so does 3. That shit is marginal.
true
honestly for 2>1>3 the first series to pop in my mind would be God of War tho
can't name anything for now
Max Payne
Nekopara
Seriously you are a contrarian if you like the first games now?
Mass Effect
MGS
GTA
Better than being a pleb.
I say we should extend this to games with 4 to their name.
>Patrician > Acceptable > Contrarian > Pleb
So what this is really saying is that 2 > 1?
1 ends up on the pleb twice but 2 never goes below the contrarian.
STALKER
Postal
Quake
>MGS 2 > MGS1
Wrong 1 was much better than 2
>this is what Infininite cucks actually belive
jak and daxter
crash bandicoot
spyro
F.E.A.R
Saints Row
Devil May Cry
>Metal Gear Solid
>Mass Effect
>Dark Souls
Jak and Daxter
>1 > 2 > 3
Ninja Gaiden (modern series)
>2 > 3&Knuckles > 1
Sonic the Hedgehog (Genesis)
>3 > 2 > 1
Street Fighter
>2 > 1 > 3
Megaman X
Dark Souls is 2>3>1. This is objective fact and not open to argument.
Bioshock
Witcher
Mass Effect
Spyro
Crash Bandicoot
Ratchet and Clank
MGS
>2 > 3&Knuckles > 1
I commend you on that, &Knuckles jokes always make me chuckle. Though I personally disagree with you, I prefer 3&K over 2 but I have much more experience playing 3&K overall.
Saints Row
Budokai Tenkaichi
Super Mario Bros
>Crash Bandicoot
>Gex the Gecko
>Ratchet & Clank
Age of Empires
Dark Souls
TGM
I feel like the original Prince of Persia?
nah he got it right, although i enjoyed 2 over 3, but that doesn't mean it was better objectively
Resistance
Oh wait, does the sideways V indicates something better? Or it's an arrow indicating chronological order? Like how MGS is 3, then 1 then 2?
>Witcher 1 is plebeian
Are you retarded?
FPBP
Dark Souls.
Gothic
MGS
Witcher
/thread
If you look at persona as starting with 3, considering how 1 and 2 are basically a different series, then this is true.
>Everybody put Bioshock in the first row, not the second one.
Oh, okay.
Batman Arkham
Dunno
Elder Scrolls
Modern Warfare
Metal Gear
Hitman
Witcher
Monster Hunter
Dark Souls
2>1>3
>Jak and Daxter
1>3>2
>Prince of Persia
3>1>2
>Final Fantasy
TES if you start from Morrowind (Modern TES)
Mass Effect
Dark Souls
Bioshock Infinite has a worse story than the first game and worse gameplay than the second
its the pleb choice for sure
Oh, whoops, I guess there's no 2 > 1 > 3, is there.
