For me its hydro. Sucks that it isn't played anymore.
Nucleus and offblast are also pretty great. Even though when I think about it all of the non playload maps that had tons of space were super comfy. Ones like foundry for example.
On low population severs you'd get that slow walk to the objective that was surprisingly relaxing.

The problem with dkc3 is that is SO comfy EVERYWHERE, that it makes the game... not boring but, tamed and not-threatening unlike dkc2, where you feel you are fighting your way to the top.
