yes I did I downloaded a torrent of age of mythology,ran the installer and it fucking installed a bunch of fucking chink software and shit, come to think of it about 90% of viruses I've gotten are from pirated software and games. No more pirated software for me I just switched to gpl software and only install gog games

My 55-year-old dad's always downloading movies and I'm impressed he didn't get 1TB worth of malware on his computer at ths point. All these file hosting sites like uptobox are a fucking mess, you have to zigzag between fake "download" buttons and obnoxious popups.
