New designs are ugly as sin as well as soulless, but I'm not sure the old designs would work well nowadays. Nintendo's general art style has changed a lot and Kremlings don't have the same impact or feel to them in the new art style

Aside from the pig, they all look fine. The kremlings were just DUDE CROCODILES LMAO, if you translated them into the same artstyle then they'd be just as "soulless".

They also designed the prime space pirates which were bretty cool. Seems like they just don't know how to do a cartoony style correctly. Wish they could've gotten some old rare guys to help
