I bought it for Xbox a while back. I played for a while then realized crossbow sucks dick and put it down, never to pick it up again.
I honestly liked Inquisition better. It doesnt help that I could make a cute elf in Inquisition and not Origins.

It is a decent game. Just pirate it with all dlcs, play them in order, and build your own headcanon as sequels never happened.

I had fun nuking everything as a mage, but trading blows as a warrior got old for me pretty quickly.

I mostly got small bug fixes here and there, some cosmetic stuff so they look more lore-friendly or so they match later games' retcons, a few extra animations, stuff like that. It was mostly tweaking the game. As for gameplay there's stuff like adding the Dog companion as a summon, more quickbar slots, having an option to hide your helmet, more tactics options, bashing locks, more deathblows cutscenes and so on.
Like I said, tweaking.
Also get the mod called Skip the Fade if you're planning more playthroughs, you'll understand when you play that part of the game. It's kinda fun the first time around but later it's just boring.

Check the top lists on nexus. Skip fade is important. Reassign all skills is good.
