Keep remembering that when you're buying this game again on Friday, okay?
The same 48 tracks you've played for 2 years
Man splatoon got so fucking old so fast.
Bush did 9/11
But I didn't play mario Kart
Ted Cruz is the Zodiac killer
>put over 300 hundred hours on WiiU
Yeah man, I can't wait to put 300 more hours!
But I never played it
I never bought Mario Kart 8 though
I am fully aware that I'm paying $60 for my main, King Boo.
Haven't played it before, I'm going to buy it and have a BLAST and you can't stop me
I'm not buying it in fact, but I did recommend it to a friend of mine who got the switch but not the wiiu
>same 48 tracks
If the online roulette isn't skewed toward the post-launch tracks as in the Wii U, then Hell, yeah, I'm all for it. I've got $48 to burn.
>one year ago
>"LOL NOBODY BOUGHT A PII POO"
>now
>"LOL WHY ARE YOU BUYING A GAME THAT'S ON THE PII POO?"
Why are Sonybros so inconsistent with their logic? Are they, dare I say it, mentally ill?
My fucking nigger, that was the only thing that finally convinced me to duble dip, battle mode and portability tried though.
>Buying a Wii U
>ever
Thanks for beta testing the Switch
>Playing a shit tier
If you don't play Bowser, Morton, or Mii Heavy, then neck yourself immediately.
Wait, MK8 had the battle tracks? I thought it didn't, or could it be that OP is lying and upset that he knows this'll be successful?
Only explanation desu
It had battle mode, but on regular tracks. It didn't work so great.
battle mode has and will always been a side-game in every mario kart. this one is no exception. remember there's only 8 arenas.
>implying I bought a Wii U
Don't forget Wario
(not true, by the way)
thanks for beta testing
so its LITERALLY okay when Nintendo does it?
There are some underage people who unironically believe battle mode was a real noteworthy mode after MK8 got some criticism for its poor execution. They'll understand how lacklaster the mode is by default once they play the "good" version in MK8D.
I am not buying another Nintendo system after the Wii U scam.
MK8 did have battle tracks, although they were just shitty versions of regular tracks. 8 battle arenas and a few characters is really not worth paying the price of a full game for if you have the Wii U version (assuming you bought all the DLC as well). It's like any other port between a single generation of consoles, there is no real reason to buy it if you have the original. But if you don't then it's definitely worth considering.
its okay when anyone does it if it's a fun game
MK 8 is new to me you faggot.
never had a wii u
>sell Wii U version for $25
>get 20% discount
>MK8D is now ~$23
I still like the game.
I look forward to battle mode, better online, better fps and I look forward to the fun
>It's like any other port between a single generation of consoles
Its not even that, at least most other "remasters" enhance the game somewhat and aren't full price releases
lol
Half of those post are people who never bought the original. What's wrong with that?
Same with me and Bowser Jr. The real kick in the balls is that my second is usually Diddy. Not even my 'make a wish' candidate Nabbit showed up.
Name 1 (one) remaster in the last 5 years that added more content than MK8D did.
>tfw haven't played a Mario kart game since Wii
I'm beyond pumped
>plus new characters
>plus reworked battle mode
>plus 1080p/60 FPS solid (or 720p/60FPS handheld)
>plus portability
>plus A++ port of a game few played as it was on a sinking console
Got mine for 50 USD off Amazon, brother and I will have a good time while PS4 bros are starving for a new title now that P5 is over.
>wiiu
>played by people
It's better than the Wii U version by default because it comes with all the DLC included on cart. Lot's of people never bought the bullshit DLC so tis is the definitive version.
then don't buy it? people that don't like it won't buy it and people that do will
>playing Morton
Best taste
That's what Amazon did for me.
Even Gamestop is offering a similar trade in value after factoring in a bonus they're doing towards MK8D.
So do the people that have the DLC on the Wii U have the definitive version?
>bullshit DLC
That's kinda harsh for what's literally the best priced DLC in gaming.
Joke's on you, since I had a choice of it or Hyrule Warriors and never played it as a result.
Also this
Since the Wii U audience isn't the same as the Switch
Never played it on the wiiu. Going to be my first mario kart since the wii, and it sounds like the best mario kart ever as far as I can tell
