What's the best Mario game objectively?

Supe Mario Run

ANOTHER
BOOK
FOR
MARIO

Mario teaches typing.

for me,the best 2D mario game is either 3 or mario world, best 3d is either galaxy or 3D world.
Mario odyssey does look hella rad tho.

Super mario Sunshine.

That flash game where you get to play as Mr T

Super Mario Bros 3 or Yoshi's Island

...

Mario is missing

Super Mario 3D World, it has the best controls of any Mario game to date.

Hotel Mario

Mario 64 DS

Odyssey and it's not up for debate.

doesn't even beat any of the M&L games and is overall worse than 64

Diddy kong racing

more like bullshit sunshine

Jesus Christ, there's so many. And yet even the best have some flaws.

It's either SM64/DS or SMW.

I'd have to go with Super Mario World, mainly because it refined the concept of a 2D platformer to its absolute zenith before the """"new"""" super mario games just started stagnating. Mario 64 would be a close second however it's had trouble aging.

>Mad because he sucks at video games

It's mario bruh

This

Mario 3D World < Mario Galaxy < Mario World < Mario 64 < Mario Galaxy 2 < Mario Sunshine < Yoshi's Island < Mario 3

There has never been a good 3D Mario.

Super Mario 3

> Best power ups
> Best scenarios
> Challenging Gameplay

It's shit because it props itself up as non-linear like Mario 64 when it's actually the most linear of the 3D Marios in terms of which missions you have to complete and which missions are optional. It's even worse than just being linear because it's linear while lying to you about its linearity.

Super Mario RPG obviously. Have an excelent history and is one of the unic RPG Mario games!

Shit list bro

Galaxy 2. My only real complaints with it is the unskippable cutscenes whenever you enter a world for a star (especially the green stars) and the hubworld is a bit basic compared to SM64 and Sunshine.

Everything up to Sunshine. After that point, they started doing this faggy meme thing where everything is "cute" and "epic". All the Mario renders are soft and feathered and have a white glow around the edges. Boss battle music isn't intended to be intimidating or badass, but just orchestral "epic" schlock. Gameplay is still all right, but Mario was better before the Wii era when it was still cartoony but without the meme cuteness.

The one that sold the most. Which is it?

Personally I prefer the first.

Fluzzard.
Also, the levels repeat themselves far too much.

I want a new 2D Mario with hand draw graphics like Rayman. I think the only reason the New SMs are forgettable is the shit artstyle. Also the overworld should be more interlinked, like Super Mario World.

Best 3D is def SM64 but only because Sunshine has only Beach levels and that's a high offense for a Mario game IMO. I don't listen to the nay-sayers about SM64, that game is still as amazing to play just because of the controls, god damn why can't any game replicate them?

Mario 64 for offering the most movement options.

Luigi's Mansion
