I'm not even a Nintendo fan, I basically bought the switch Day 1 because A) I had a chance to and B) No More Heroes 3, Splatoon 2 was just a bonus (and every day is hell waiting for it).
I don't get the autistic hatred for it. It has no games? It's a new console, it'll have Arms, Xenoblade 2, Splatoon 2, and Mario Odyssey by the end of the year and this thing launched in March. I remember within my first hour of the game I went to walk over what I thought was a stump and a fucking tree appeared in front of my face 5 feet away.
I have yet to encounter anything that bad since though, thankfully.

The game doesn't really look like that in real life. The weather of the game is constantly changing and sometimes it is really foggy, sometimes not at all, and sometimes sort of. It's really easy to notice. You're also looking at a shitty, low-res, compressed webm and not the actual screen. The game has impressive graphics for being on a handheld.

As somebody who got a PS4 a year ago, I really don't know why you're knocking the switch so hard. Only recently has the PS4 gotten any good games, and even they don't run all that well. My favorite ps4 games are Bloodborne and Nier Automata and they have their hiccups. Digimon got boring real fast, same with Overwatch, and both Nioh and Dark Souls got fairly old quickly.
My friend reviews games so he got the "new" mario kart recently and it's a lot of fun. Breath of The Wild was also really enjoyable too and I really don't notice any particular hiccups that ruin the game. Then again, I liked Bloodborne. I'm not an autist that can only play games at 60 fps or I think the game is dogshit like you.
P.S. The UI of both consoles are basic and easy to understand. The only one that's even vaguely difficult to understand is the Xbox One.
