He thinks it's a date and gets dressed for one, but of course it's actually a KNIFE FIGHT. She loses in the knife fight and gives up, then they instantly fall in love and get married in minutes.

I do apologize for that as I play mostly simulation and RTS games these days with some JRPGs on the side. (And as you can imagine, the two former genres sadly don't have any romance in them.) I digress, Onani Master Kurosawa, Sugar Dark, and Noragami are, in my godly yet humble opinion, good.
I hope that these selections will set you on a road of fulfillment and good taste.
