They have to. They would announce an anniversary title a year before the actual anniversary. You can't announce it in 2018 and then release it on the 11th year since release.

2 days to go , they better drop hint for new game or something if they want to make the last episode worth it , I doubt we will even get epilogue for the anime

Berseria was part of Zestiria from the start, and it's impressive how they managed to actually make decent game with Zestiria's lore.
