If you liked a certain type of game the WiiU maybe offered 1 game for that particular genre aside from platformers. It was a shit console that was only good if you just eat up any Nintendo IP instead of having a preference. The other consles at least give you an option if you like FPS,Fighters,Jrpgs,Wrpgs,action and more. All you do on the wiiu is play mario games and zelda ports with the occasional new and fun IP. Splatoon was the only reason my wiiu stopped collecting dust.

Me either but I like Jrpgs and fighters with some racers and wiiU offered one of that. I was never too big on thier huge IPs like Mario,DK and Zelda and thats all they offered really. Look at the GC and Wii. All IPs had a showing even pokemon with GF's lazyness.

I feel like the people who liked the wiiU are the same people who enjoy spinoffs like mario tennis because it stars their favorite mario characters.
