Nigga you just described persona.
The only metal gear solid game that does is metal gear solid 4 and it's generally agreed that it isn't a very good game. Most metal gear games do have long cut scenes, but fucking persona has entire CHUNKS of game play dedicated to it's fucking "social elements" which can take hours to complete. The longest cut scene in any metal gear solid game is about 2 hours long and it's multiple cut scenes combined and end game exposition dump.
