Sleeping Hylian

Post something related to sleeping Hylian.

WAKE UP ANIKI

Are you autist

...

Best portable Zelda game desu

It's up there for sure. I like it and LA equally for different reasons. Ezlo a best companion and MC has some of the nicest pixel art I've seen.

I also greatly enjoyed PH and ST, and unironically think that the Temple of the Ocean King is extremely well-designed other than the fact that you should've been able to unlock more shortcuts earlier rather than a bunch at the very end. Regardless, as much as I liked those games for their writing and gameplay, I wish that they had retained the pixel art look forged by MC.

I definitely liked minish cap but I didn't really care for all the reused people from WW
I know that zelda games reuse NPCs all the time but it felt especially blatant and soulless in MC
I still liked the game it's just not my favorite handheld zelda

What reused people from WW in MC?

...

like, Beedle in BotW?

you know I was gonna say that almost every character was taken from WW but I just double checked and there aren't really that many
so idk what the fuck I'm talking about I guess

I was about to say, I genuinely have no idea whom you were talking about. The characters I remember reappearing were the Oracles from OoA/OoS, Marin from OoT, and Tingle from WW. Am I missing someone?

carpenters from OoT were in there too

Were they? Where? I haven't played the game in a while, so I was just trying to think of whom user might be talking about.

if I recall correctly they're repairing shit around castle town and in a couple other places, it's been a while for me too
that's a cute lonk

that's not a classic lonk

MC didn't have many NPCs reused from WW. If anything, they have more characters reused from the Oracle games (which makes sense since Capcom dev'd all three games).

You're thinking of FSA OP that also used the GBA which reused a lot of NPCs, even bosses like Phantom Ganon & Jalhalla, and sound effects. Also PH which is understandable as it's the sequel.

Oh really? I'll have to replay it after I finish Link's Awakening, which I'm playing for the first time.

It's fanart of classic Lonk. This is also classic Lonk, theoretically.

>read Breedle several times
>haven't played BotW yet
>think it must be some kind of special horse
Holy shit, I need sleep.

It's weird that Din is the only dark-skinned one while the other two share a skin tone. It'd make some sense if they used the three major human races (Hylian, Sheikah, and Gerudo), making Din a Gerudo, and perhaps Nayru a Sheikah since the Sheikah are associated with truth and wisdom in the games.

Sleep tight, Hylian.

>passing out on the hard observation deck

That hardly sounds comfortable.

As it is written, Link has the Triforce of Narcolepsy.

then i'll give you this

>them hips.png

>her

I read that as

>QTSleepingLink

>her
Yes, and...?

>sleeping in a tank of blue LCL on a hard surface
Hardly sounds comfortable.

>tfw they used the classic ALttP design for the Faux Hero in Triforce Heroes
>tfw we could've had pink-haired Link in ALBW

Post pink-haired Lonks.

The three kids from the first Island in WW are there to. But the only really noticeable one is the kid with a drippy nose.

No Lonks, only Links.

Huh, so you're right. I didn't even realise.

That looks kinda uncomfotable

Here user, I fixed that for you. Remember Link is a lefty and BotW Link is a fake.

look at his eyes and say that again.

I had hoped that BotW's hard mode would be a Master Quest-like flip so I could satisfy my left-handy autism, but it looks like Aonuma is going to cuck me forever. At least SS had something of an excuse, though I wish it had included a left-handed mode (even fucking PH had a left-handed mode).

>even fucking PH had a left-handed mode
but PH Link is WW Link, so he's lefty

I know, I'm referring to the fact that PH and ST had modes for both left-handed and right-handed players, so that you could still play PH/ST comfortably using the stylus in your left hand. For SS, a mainline title, Nintendo was too lazy to include a left-hand mode, essentially fucking over 10% of its fanbase.

At least SS (and TP Wii, which is not the definitive version, but TP GC which has left-handed Link judging by the HD release using the GC version) had a reason for making Link right-handed, but BotW had no such thing other than Aonuma being himself.

I'm talking about both Link being right-handed himself, and the player being able to use left-handed controls.

...

Shhh Link and Mario had a long day and are currently resting for the next one.

Is he sleeping all day? I haven't seen him awaken

WAKE UP LINK or at least wake up the Wind Fish.
