Happened four years ago and i'm still fine. Doctors have been worried about it before, but upon physical examinations and bloodwork said I am completely 100% in top condition (physically at least). I would never do it again because I know how dangerous it is, but I am also never going to get fat again now that I know how to maintain a weight of 150.

Walking uphill for a full hour burns as many calories as 1/3 a cup of almonds, half of a hot dog, or a child sized chocolate milk carton. Losing weight is 90%+ diet.

See the thing is when you lose weight that fast its likely that you are burning muscle as well as fat and your body burns muscle from all over. You can fuck up some really important things like your heart and they can have lifelong effects even if you don't feel them now. You may have gotten lucky but its not something anyone should play around with. Lose weight slowly but diligently.
