The World Government is meeting with various kingdoms to discuss something. Sabo's adoptive brother is involved as well as Vivi so that should be interesting.

vivi doesn't really add anything. she can barely fight and isn't particularly good at anything other than leading people, which is Luffy's job as captain if she were to join.
