How well would Link survive in the Dark souls universe?

Does he keep his original moveset or does he have to conform to Dark Souls'?

Pretty sure people can beat DaS with less gear than Link so fairly well id say

he can jump over enemies, roll behind them and has a spammable 360* attack

Which Link? Because depending on which one, they can do various things like having completely invincible shields, infinite bombs and arrows, climb any vertical surface, or change form completely.

Since it's the most recent one, BotW Link.

He'd break the entire game, with his climbing abilities, and sheikah slate nothing would stop him.

What about Twilight Princess Link?

indestructible shield + hidden techniques would be enough to breeze through everything, but the ball & chain would be total overkill

How well would Nintendo survive in the universe where evertone realizes they're now creatively bankrupt and pumping out garbage for their legacy franchises hoping brand loyalty and recognition alone will keep the ball rolling?

I love all the Dark Souls games and Bloodborne but Zelda is the greatest game of all time.

Most of the challenge in Dark Souls comes from the fact that your attacks are slow.

Link's attacks in every game he's been in save for BotW (specifically when he uses two-handed weapons) are very very fast. If Link maintains that kind of speed when attacking in Dark Souls, he'll steamroll everyone that stands against him.

Being able to get a backstab damn near at will would wreck most enemies.

if we're giving them everything they can get in their games, then ww link can one-shot almost anything with light arrows
