NBA street focused more on doing tricks with the ball. which im assuming you cant do in this game.

I'm not quite sure I'm going to grab it yet. Last weekend we had a few friends over and played Puyo puyo and Mario Kart for a few hours.

I dont think anyone of the bunch is bored yet, but for 20 bucks it's looking good, sell it to me.

I was very interested until I saw gameplay. Looks too slow and there's no tricks. Plus reviews said there are some questionable design choices and random difficulty spikes

I'll get it in a few months when its patched and cheaper. I actually do this with every game and I suggest everyone else do the same

NBA Street came out in 01, with better graphics. So this is nba street if it came out in the 90s because the graphics aren't even equal to game cube

And there's Disc-Jam and 3-on-3 Freestyle as well.
There's even Mario Sports Superstars which came out recently for more arcade-style soccer, golf, baseball, tennis and horse-riding.

It's not the glorious Renaissance of arcade sports titles but I think more developers are slowly realising there's a healthy demand for these sorts of games.

I have great memories playing Jam on the Genesis with a pal all those years ago.

We knew nothing about basketbal and always played as the Hornets for reasons unknown.

sports games are fun when they aren't over serious more tedious with stats than D&D. NFL blitz, NBA street, so fun

can you turn off the powerups? i'm interested but my friends wouldn't wanna play with the powerups
