Stop talking about shit you don't know about. I've had a gayman laptop with a 1060 in it for the past 5 months and not one time have I felt heat from the gpu. In fact, the only warmth I've felt is from the processor, and even that has been basically nothing.

Better than a baby lake processor, they run way hotter for a marginal 10% increase at the chip, but in a confined environment I'd posit that thermals get out of hand way faster and it causes more aggressive throttling on both the CPU and the GPU.

Try making more assumptions gaylord. I can play Witcher 3 at ultra with hairworks off, WITH afterburner on so I get a solid 60 fps at 1080p and the temperature has literally never gone up at all.
