Your first point is debatable and your second isn't inherently superior. For your third, I would argue that Persona's social segments are very useful breaks from the action and help with the pacing. And as for the bosses, I would say both series have difficult bosses. It's just that the Persona games, on average, will let you figure out the gimmick during the fight and adapt to it rather than just fucking you in the ass and forcing you to restart from the top.

If you prefer the assfucking, that's fine. A lot of people are into butt stuff. Myself included. But a lot of people would disagree.

The actual SMT games themselves are arguably the only JRPGs worth playing, ever. 99.9% of the time otherwise JRPGs don't give a fuck about really good, deep gameplay. It's all about the story experience where you go through a story that would be barely considered passable in other mediums, while you go through gameplay with a lot of options, but nothing interesting done with them, making the gameplay boring distractions between the story.

Mainline SMT is like among the handful of JRPGs that has made JRPG turn based gameplay actually interesting by actually taking advantage of the turn based system, while having minimal story elements so there isn't some cheesy ass friendship is power style storyline.

Apocalypse had literal pedobait falling in love with you and calling you Master and literal gods using the term "power of friendship" unironically.

Face it, SMT mainline is ruined.

Honestly my love for SMT only extends to the end of world setting, its atmosphere and the central role of demons. In terms of story, characters, narration and just the overall gaming experience, nowadays it's just a worse Persona. I thought 4A was fantastic for a modern SMT game but P5 was simply better in all regards except the few I cared about.

Persona's ost (5's at least) is definitely better but Nocturne's ost is still great. Do you really not like fierce battle? Its not the kind of thing I would listen to if Im on a walk or some shit but in the context of the game it fit perfectly.
