I have started Dawn of War 3. I am so-and-so when it comes to the changes the developwer made to the concept, but I am always open to new ideas. Not a huge fan of the singleplayer, but the 3vs3 mode multiplayer is a huge amount of fun. And how about you, what are you playing?

I am currently playing the original Nier. The gameplay's inferior to Automata, but I'm enjoying learning more about characters I heard of in automata. The music is also just as good as it was in nier:a

Yes, the gameplay is so-and-so, but you can really see where Platinum took the ideas and concepts gameplaywise from the original Nier and implemented them in a way better version in Automata.

It's also interesting how they were able to carry over much of the magic system into the pod programs. I prefer Nier's library of spells to Automata's pod programs however.

Ive just been having so much fun playing games this year. Its been getting my daughter into them too. We beat BotW and NieR so far together and are now playing the Thoousand Year Door as a family, reading the voices out loud for fun. My wife makes a funny Goombella. Isnt it just so nice to actually like videogames?

It's a nice game but has its problems.

I dont think it's pushing the medium forward like people say, but it has some good stuff to it.

Nier's a bit violent, but it's a good game to play as a family. After all, the whole premise is a father/brother trying to help his daughter.
