It looks much better than YL, no only visually but also in terms of platforming and creativity. I'm quite excited.

The only people interested in 3D platformers are the people who played them as kids so there'd be no point in limiting this strictly for kids.

Looks like little has changed from the beta build we were last given, which worries me because the movement and physics behind the controls did not impress whatsoever. It was floaty, cumbersome, and though it obviously takes many cues from Mario's moveset it doesn't translate them well enough, which is made all the more apparent because the level structure wasn't laid out to fully accommodate it.

The first world you go to is the only one we've gotten to play so far that doesn't adhere to that.

I don't remember ten ever saying it was going to look graphically the same as a GameCube game. All of their promo screenshots have had heavy depth of field for instance.
