Well, you have several characters from Shin Megami Tensei that are capable of slaying literal gods and hyperversal creatures on the daily.
The 40k Chaos Gods could easily defeat TTGL.
Asura from Asura's Wrath works off the same bullshit principle and singlehandedly fucked up an entire pantheon.
I also imagine Kirby or a toonforce character could defeat it.
