I'm a teacher and I strait up throw these in the trash when I see a student with them. And I do that as a teacher who plays 3DS games with some of the students during lunch or after school.

The only thing that relieves stress for me is having my mind totally occupied by one thing and it being fast paced enough that im not distracted. I have a lot of fun with shooters on their hardest settings. Getting drunk is fun too.

If you want to relieve stress with a physical object use silly putty, it's like a stress ball but you can stretch it in all kinds of ways instead of just squeezing it down. Even beyond squeezing you can write something with a pencil and then copy it ONTO the silly putty, that's crazy, and hey let's say you want two silly putties, you can literally snap it in two and bam, you have two for the price of one.
